Brief: Hifab to pay total of about SEK 68 mln concerning its former subsidiary Rimp AB

Oct 28 (Reuters) - Hifab Group AB  HIFAb.ST : 
    * Svea court of appeal (Svea hovrätt) ordered that HifabGroup AB pay about 31 million 
Swedish crowns ($3.7 million) plus interest from 2003 and legal costs, totaling about 68 million 
crowns 
    * The fine concerns a former subsidiary Rimp AB and events that took place before the 
company became part of Hifab Group 
    * Says verdict is of very unexpected outcome 
    * It is possible to appeal to supreme court (Högsta Domstolen), but first the judgment and 
the legal position needs to be analyzed
